1. Shipping Details
We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. The shipping timelines are 6-7 working days.
*Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- We offer free shipping for all domestic orders above INR 3,000.
- The deliveries are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at checkout.
- All orders are processed from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
- Post shipping, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email.
- Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partner’s website.
- The order status can also be tracked on GE website footer “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance.”
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three (3) times before its returned to us. In case it is returned to us after 3 attempts, no refunds will be entertained. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.
- Please ensure the complete shipping address including zip code and a mobile number to ensure hassle free delivery.

At Stone Metal Scissors, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring a seamless experience. If something isn't quite right with your purchase, we’re here to help.
### *What’s Eligible for Exchange/Return?*
- *Home Products*: Only items with manufacturing defects or those delivered damaged are eligible for exchange. Please take a photo of the defect immediately upon opening the package.
- *Sale Items: Items purchased during sale periods are **not eligible* for return or exchange.
- *Discounted Items*: Products purchased at a discounted price (but not during a sale) can be exchanged but are not eligible for a refund.
- *Accessories & Jewelry*: These items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please self-ship the item to the following address:

- *Custom/Bulk Orders*: Custom-made products or bulk orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

For damage or quality issues, kindly provide the order number, delivery date, address, and photos of the defective item along with the packaging it arrived in.
We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
### *For Quality Issues/Defects*
1. Repack the item in its original packaging, including tags, invoices, and any included accessories.
2. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from the address provided on the invoice.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either send a replacement or, in case it's unavailable, issue a credit note for the full amount.
### *Refund/Exchange Process*
- *All returns and exchanges* are subject to a *quality check*.
- *Refunds* will be processed within *7-10 working days* after the inspection is completed.
